Squash And Chicken Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 broiler fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. oleo
    3 yellow squash, sliced
    3 zucchini squash, sliced
    1 large onion, cut up
    1 tomato, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. marjoram
    1/4 tsp. dried chives
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    In large frypan (pot), place oleo and melt over medium-high heat.
    Add chicken and cook, turning about 10 minutes or until brown on all sides.
    Remove chicken from pan and keep warm.
    Place yellow and zucchini squash and onion in pot and stir about 5 minutes.
    Return chicken to pot.
    Add tomatoes, then sprinkle with spices.
    Reduce heat to medium-low.
    Cover and cook for about 20 minutes or until fork can be inserted in chicken with ease.
    Serve hot with rice.
