Snowball Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large angel food cake
    1 large can crushed pineapple
    2 envelopes plain gelatin
    3 pkg. Dream Whip
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    juice of 1 lemon
    1 can coconut
Preparation
    Remove all brown from cake.
    Pinch cake into tiny pieces.
    Set aside.
    Dissolve gelatin in 4 tablespoons of cold water.
    Add 1 cup boiling water, pineapple juice and pineapple, sugar, salt and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate until mixture is partly congealed.
    Whip 2 packages of Dream Whip according to directions.
    Fold in gelatin mixture.
