Tomato And Chive Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 onions, chopped
    2 carrots, chopped
    2 leeks, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. flour
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    4 c. chicken broth
    3 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. dry white wine
    salt and pepper
    1/2 c. sour cream
    2 tomatoes, chopped
    1/4 c. snipped fresh chives
Preparation
    Melt butter in heavy saucepan.
    Saute onions, carrots, leeks, garlic and curry powder over medium heat until vegetables are soft, but not brown.
    Stir
    in flour and tomato paste. Immediately reduce heat; stir in chicken broth, tomato juice, wine, salt and pepper to taste.
    Simmer slowly 1 hour.
    Strain soup if desired.
