Zucchini Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. raw, peeled and grated zucchini, drained
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. soda
    1 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    3 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs until foamy.
    Add oil, sugar and vanilla.
    Mix well. Stir in grated zucchini.
    Sift remaining dry ingredients and add to egg mixture, stirring well.
    Fold in nuts.
    Pour into two greased loaf pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
