Bavarian Creme Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine or butter
    1 c. flour
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 - 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 - 8 oz Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. instant pudding (any flavor)
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix
    margarine, flour and pecans and spread in bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 - 20 minutes.
    Cool.
