Cucumber Relish(Canning Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large cucumbers, ground
    1 c. salt
    6 stalks celery
    6 peppers (red or green), ground
    6 onions
    1 qt. apple cider vinegar
    4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1 Tbsp. turmeric
Preparation
    Combine cucumbers and salt and let stand 1 hour.
    Drain overnight.
    Next day, grind together celery, peppers and onions. Make syrup of vinegar and sugar.
    Bring to boil.
    Add ginger and turmeric, then add all ground vegetables.
    Bring to boiling point, stirring occasionally, but do not boil.
    Pack into sterilized jars.
