Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 unbaked pie shells
    4 slightly beaten eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 1/2 c. hot milk
    dash of nutmeg
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.
    Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
