Theresa Shea'S Candied Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium size sweet potatoes, boiled
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1/2 c. water
    4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Wash red sweet potatoes and boil with skins on for 1/2 to 1 hour, depending on how many.
    Cook until firm, not overcooked. Cool and peel while still warm.
    Slice and place in ovenproof dish (melted margarine in bottom).
    Spoon melted butter on top of each slice and then cover each slice with dark brown sugar.
    Bake in 350\u00b0 oven 1/2 hour to 1 hour (makes as brown as you want).
    Serve to hungry guests who say, \"Um Um good!\"
