Dessert Pecan Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. pecans, chopped fine
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
6 eggs, separated
2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation

Beat egg yolks and sugar until they bubble.
Mix baking powder, flour and nuts.
Beat egg whites very stiff.
Mix in nuts.
Fold in egg white and nut mixture into yolks.
Pour into Bundt pan.
Cook in oven at 375\u00b0 for 15 or 20 minutes.
Cool.
Cover with whipped cream.
