Durkee Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bag (16 oz.) frozen vegetable combination, thawed
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar diced pimento, drained
    1 can (2.8 oz.) Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can French fried onions.
    Pour into shallow 1-quart casserole dish. Bake covered at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until vegetables are done. Top with remaining cheese and onions.
    Bake uncovered 5 minutes or until golden brown.
    Makes 6 servings.
