Carrot Apple Salad - cooking recipe

2 to 3 c. grated carrots
3 c. unpeeled diced apples
1/2 c. crushed pineapple
1/2 c. raisins or red or green grapes
1 c. walnut or pecan pieces
1 (8 oz.) pineapple yogurt
sunflower seeds
Preparation
