Grated Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. milk
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. cubed Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 small onion, cut up
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    4 potatoes (raw), cubed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grease 1 1/4-quart casserole.
    In blender, put above items in order listed.
    Cover and blend on speed 6 just until potatoes go through blades.
    Do not overblend. Pour into prepared casserole.
    Bake 1 hour.
