Chicken Or Turkey Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. bread crumbs
2 c. corn bread crumbs
2 c. chicken or turkey broth
1/2 c. celery, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
2 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. ground sage
salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Mix bread crumbs with broth. Add remaining ingredients and beat slightly. Pour into greased shallow pan. Bake 30 minutes in hot oven set at 400\u00b0. Yields 6 servings.
