Marinade Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    juice and grated rind of 1 lemon
    1/2 c. sherry wine
    1/3 c. chopped onion, finely
    1 clove garlic, crushed
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Use to marinate beef, venison or other red meats.
    Especially outstanding marinade for flank steak.
