Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box graham crackers
    1 big bowl Cool Whip
    2 small pkg. French vanilla pudding
    1 can Betty Crocker cake icing (chocolate fudge)
Preparation
    In a 9 x 13-inch pan, place layer of graham crackers on bottom of pan. Make pudding as directed by package.
    Mix together Cool Whip and pudding.
    Pour over crackers. Place a layer of crackers on top of pudding mix.
    Slightly warm icing and spread over crackers.
    Refrigerate overnight.
