Peach Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 peaches, sliced
    2 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. flour
    2 egg yolks
    1/4 c. oleo, melted
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 c. sugar
    2 beaten egg whites
Preparation
    Combine peaches, cornstarch and 1 cup sugar and pour into 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
    Mix flour, yolks, oleo, baking powder and 1 cup sugar.
    Beat egg whites and fold in last.
    Pour over peaches.
    Bake 45 minutes at 375\u00b0.
