Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 heads lettuce
    4 large tomatoes
    2 brown onions
    1 red onion
    3 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
    30 oz. can red kidney beans
    1 small can chopped olives
    1 can Ranch Style jalapenos pinto beans
    1 lb. sharp or Longhorn cheese
    1 loaf sourdough bread
    mayonnaise and taco sauce
    chili powder (optional)
Preparation
    Cook ground beef with onions and taco seasoning; drain off oil.
    Simmer meat, adding kidney beans until slightly soft. Remove from heat and cool a bit.
