Berkley Hot Spiced Cider - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (3-inch) pieces stick cinnamon
2 tsp. whole cloves
1 whole nutmeg or 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/2 gal. (8 c.) apple cider
1 c. sugar
2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. apple brandy (optional) can be served on side
Preparation

Tie cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg in cheesecloth or spice holder. Combine with cider and sugar in large saucepan.
Simmer 15 minutes, remove spice bag.
Stir in orange and lemon juices.
Heat just until bubbly hot.
