Dark Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 3/4 c. unsifted flour (plain)
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. Hershey's cocoa
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Combine all dry ingredients in large bowl.
    Add eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
    Beat on medium 2 minutes.
    Stir in boiling water.
    Batter will be thin.
    Pour into 2 greased and floured 9-inch or 3 (8-inch) pans or one 13 x 9-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes for layers, 35 to 40 minutes for rectangular pan or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.
    Cool on rack 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool completely.
    Frost with white or chocolate frosting.
