Light Pumpkin Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 egg whites, slightly beaten
    1 1/2 c. skim milk
    1/2 c. pumpkin
    2 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation
    Mix flour, brown sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and salt together.
    Combine remaining ingredients and add to dry ingredients.
    Mix well and drop batter onto lightly greased griddle by 1/4 to 1/3 cupful.
    Really good!
