Chinese Chews - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped dates
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. chopped nuts
    2 eggs
    3 Tbsp. flour
    salt
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Blend dates, sugar, nuts and eggs.
    Add, one at a time, 3 rounded tablespoonfuls flour and a pinch of salt.
    Shape into balls; roll in powdered sugar.
    Place in greased and floured muffin tins.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
