Pineapple Sorbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium pineapple, peeled and cubed
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 to 1 c. sugar
Preparation
    Puree pineapple and lemon juice.
    Add sugar.
    Taste and add more as needed.
    Pour into 9 x 9-inch pan and freeze for 1 to 2 hours, until just firm.
    Place 1/3 into the blender and whirl until smooth.
    Put into airtight container.
