Country Spice Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
2 c. packed brown sugar
1 1/2 c. plain yogurt or sour cream or 1/2 each
3/4 c. oleo
1 Tbsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. ginger
3 eggs
Preparation

Grease and flour Bundt or tube pan.
Measure in order all ingredients into large mixing bowl.
Blend at low speed with mixer until mixed, then beat on high for 2 minutes, scraping bowl.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Cool 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar, if desired.
