Bride'S Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 pkg. yeast
    1/2 c. warm water
    7 to 10 c. flour
Preparation
    Pour boiling water over shortening.
    Add sugar and salt.
    Add eggs.
    Add yeast to warm water; let set 15 minutes.
    Mix together. Add flour.
    Knead.
    Store in tight fitting bowl and cover.
    Let rise.
    Make into rolls 2 hours before baking.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
