Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated carrots
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking soda
    4 eggs
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Beat together eggs, sugar and oil.
    Add the carrots (the carrots may be grated in the blender or a meat grinder, but hand grating is the best and it usually takes a one pound package of carrots).
    add the flour, salt and cinnamon. Beat the mixture until frothy.
    Bake in 8 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
    Frost with Cream Cheese Frosting.
