Plum Good Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. oil
3 eggs
2 jars Gerber strained plums
1 tsp. red food color
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. ground cloves

Preparation

In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
With electric mixer, blend until smooth.
Pour into greased Bundt or tube cake pan.
Bake in preheated 300\u00b0 oven for one hour and ten minutes or until sides of cake pulls away from pan.
Remove cake from pan while still warm.
Frost cake while still warm.
