Kringlers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

18 to 20 slices white Pepperidge Farm bread
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 lb. melted butter
1 c. sugar, mixed with 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Cut edges of bread and roll with rolling pin to flatten. Combine cream cheese, egg yolk and sugar. Spread thickly and roll up. Dip in melted butter and then into sugar combination. Partially freeze. Slice into 5 pieces per roll and refreeze. Bake frozen at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
Serve with sour cream.
