Pepper Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1/2 c. diced onion
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 Tbsp. coarse black pepper
    1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet.
    Saute mushrooms and onion until onion is soft.
    Mix together flour, black and cayenne pepper, salt, Mrs. Dash and garlic powder in a bowl.
    Lightly bread chicken breasts in flour mixture.
    Brown chicken on both sides in butter, adding extra butter, if needed.
    Add chicken broth.
    Cover and simmer 30 to 45 minutes until sauce thickens.
