Braised Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    4 pork chops
    1 garlic clove
    salt and pepper
    1/2 lb. mushrooms
    2 tomatoes
    3 Tbsp. white wine
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; add chops and brown.
    Remove chops and set aside.
    Cook garlic, pepper and mushrooms.
    Add sliced tomatoes, wine and seasonings.
    Lay chops on top; cover and cook for 30 minutes.
