Tofu Patties - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 onion, minced
    1/2 green pepper, chopped
    1 pkg. tofu (16 to 20 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. curry powder or 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    wheat germ/corn meal
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and pepper in oil until soft.
    Drain tofu; mash it with a fork and mix in with egg, flour, salt and soy sauce.
    Add vegetables and curry or cheese.
    Form into patties; cover with wheat germ or corn meal and griddle until done or bake at 350\u00b0.
