Cafe Adrian Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 baking potatoes
    1/4 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. butter
    1/8 c. chives or parsley
    1 c. cooked carrots
    1 egg
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes.
    Cut sliver off top, flat side.
    Scoop out centers into bowl.
    Add everything.
    Beat with mixer until blended.
    It won't be real smooth.
    If needed, add a little hot milk.
    Put back in shells.
    Heat in regular oven until hot and crispy.
    Really good.
