Minted-Glazed Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 carrots
    1/4 c. honey
    1/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. chopped fresh or dried mint leaves
Preparation
    Cook carrots until tender; drain and add honey and butter. Cook over low heat until carrots are glazed, turning several times.
    Just before serving, sprinkle with mint.
