Sweet Potato Fluff - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
small marshmallows

Preparation

Mix sweet potatoes, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla.
Put into Pyrex pie plate (deep).
For topping, put small marshmallows on top.
Put in oven at 325\u00b0 and let marshmallows brown.
You have to watch because they will burn fast.
