Sour Cream-Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour cream
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
    4 c. peeled and sliced apples (Granny Smith)
    1 pastry shell (8 inch), unbaked
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. enriched flour
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat together sour cream, sugar, 2 tablespoons flour, salt, vanilla and eggs.
    Add apples.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Bake for 25 minutes.
    Combine, brown sugar, 1/3 cup flour and butter until crumbly.
    Sprinkle on top of pie filling. Bake for 25 minutes more.
    Serve hot or cold.
