Veal Scaloppine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. veal
    2 cloves garlic, crushed
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. instant onion flakes
    6 oz. tomato juice
    2 bell peppers
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
    1 (8 oz.) can mushrooms, drained
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Boil veal in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Brown veal lightly in a frying pan, then add all other ingredients.
    Simmer slowly until peppers are tender and meat is done to your satisfaction.
