Mexican Casserole(Makes 8 Servings.) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 large onion
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (1 lb.) can chili
1 (10 oz.) can tomato soup
1 medium size pkg. Fritos
1 c. grated cheese
dash of catsup
Preparation

Put ground beef in skillet and brown. Let simmer until done. Add chopped onion and salt. Add chili to tomato soup.
Let simmer while stirring. Mixture should be consistency of gravy. If dry, add small amount of water. Line large casserole with 1/2 of Fritos, then rest of Fritos on top.
Sprinkle cheese and catsup on top. Bake in 400\u00b0 oven until cheese is melted. Serve hot.
