Pecan Icebox Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 egg whites
    20 Ritz crackers
    1 cup sugar
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp vanilla
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/2 pint whipping cream
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp vanilla
Preparation
    Beat egg whites until stiff.
    Fold in sugar and baking powder. Add broken up crackers (grated fine).
    Add vanilla and nuts.
    Bake in 9 inch pie plate that has been greased and floured.
    Bake 20-25 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
    Cool.
    Whip cream until stiff.
    Add sugar and vanilla.
    Spread on pie.
    Sprinkle with coconut.
    Store in refrigerator 1-2 hours.
