Artichoke Squares - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can artichoke hearts (8 1/2 oz. Progresso)
3 cloves garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan or Romano cheese
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. Italian bread crumbs
1 egg
Preparation

Drain hearts.
Keep water from hearts in a separate dish. Mash hearts.
Add bread crumbs, garlic, cheese and oil.
Mix egg with artichoke water.
Mix all together and press into pan. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Let cool and cut into squares.
