Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1 c. mashed bananas
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 2/3 c. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
-
Mix first five ingredients, then add the last five and mix well.
Pour into two greased 1 pound coffee cans.
Cans will be about half full.
Bake one hour at 350\u00b0.
Remove from oven and lay cans on their sides for ten minutes, then remove.
