Chicken-Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 lb. broccoli
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    3 Tbsp. bread crumbs, crumbled
    paprika
Preparation
    Trim off large leaves of broccoli and remove tough ends of lower stalk.
    Wash thoroughly and cut into spears.
    Cook broccoli, covered, in a small amount of boiling water for 8 minutes or until tender.
    Drain well.
    Arrange in a lightly greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Top with chicken.
    Combine soups and next 4 ingredients.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with bread crumbs and paprika.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
    Based on 6 servings.
