Republican Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 large Cool Whip
2 pkg. chocolate instant pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
1 small Cool Whip
Preparation

Mix flour, margarine and nuts like a pastry.
Press in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex until flat (mold up sides).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
Let cool.
Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until light and creamy.
Fold in 1 large Cool Whip.
Spread on cool crust.
Then mix chocolate pudding and milk and place on cream cheese layer.
Spread small Cool Whip on top.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
