Linguine Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. coarsely, chopped broccoli
    1 c. julienne carrot strips
    1/2 c. sliced onion
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    2 cloves crushed garlic
    1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    1 c. coarsely chopped tomato
    12 oz. linguine, cooked in unsalted water and drained
    1 (8 oz.) carton Egg Beaters
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In skillet, over medium heat, cook and stir broccoli, carrots, onion, Italian seasoning, garlic and pepper in margarine for 3 minutes.
    Add tomato. Cook for 1 minute or until vegetables are tender-crisp. Toss with hot linguine, Egg Beaters and cheese. Serve immediately.
    Serves 8.
