Spaghetti With Meat Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lb. ground beef
    5 qt. tomato puree or tomatoes
    1 qt. water
    1 3/4 qt. catsup
    1 lb. onions, chopped
    2 bay leaves
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 clove garlic
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 Tbsp. salt
    4 lb. spaghetti
Preparation
    Brown beef.
    Add remaining sauce ingredients.
    Cook slowly, stirring frequently, until thickened, approximately 1/2 hour. Cook spaghetti.
    Serve 4-ounce ladle of sauce over 4 ounces spaghetti.
    Serves 50 (4 ounces sauce and 4 ounces spaghetti per serving).
