Chicken In Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon mustard
    4 cloves garlic
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 zucchini squash, sliced
    2 yellow squash, sliced
    1/2 tsp. basil
    1 Tbsp. chives
    1/2 Vidalia onion, sliced
    1/3 c. white wine (optional)
    Italian Blend cheese
Preparation
    Lightly salt and pepper chicken.
    Brown in margarine until golden.
    Mix sauce ingredients, mayonnaise and Grey Poupon; add zucchini, squash, onion, and garlic to sauce.
    Place chicken and pan drippings in the bottom of a casserole.
    Pour sauce/vegetable mixture on top of chicken and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for approximately 2 minutes or until cheese melts.
