Apple Cinnamon Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. vanilla
    3 c. chopped Granny Smith apples
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. raisins
Preparation
    Cream together oil, sugar and eggs.
    Add dry ingredients; mix well.
    Then add remaining ingredients.
    Mixture will be a heavy dough. Pour into a floured pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 45 minutes.
    When done, leave in pan, pour buttermilk sauce over cake and let cool completely.
