1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
3 c. dry oatmeal (quick or regular)
2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Line 4 cookie sheets with wax paper. In a 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, mix butter, cocoa, sugar and milk. Keep mixing and stirring until the mixture comes to a boil. Boil 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add the vanilla and peanut butter. Stir until the peanut butter melts. Add the oatmeal and stir. Drop by teaspoons onto the wax paper. Chill in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
