Shrimp Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    2 c. cooked shrimp, halved
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    2 eggs, beaten
    5 c. cooked rice
    3 Tbsp. La Choy soy sauce
    3 green onions, chopped
    1/4 c. sliced canned mushrooms
    1/4 c. diced green pepper
    1/4 c. sliced La Choy water chestnuts
    1 c. La Choy bean sprouts, drained
Preparation
    Melt butter in skillet; add shrimp and seasonings.
    Cook until lightly browned, stirring frequently.
    Add eggs, stirring until well mixed with other ingredients.
    Add rice and cook until a golden color.
    Stir in remaining ingredients; cook until thoroughly heated.
    Serve at once.

    15 minutes. Yield:
    6 servings.
