Heather'S Reuben Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. cubed rye bread
1 c. water
3 eggs
1 lb. corned beef, sliced and chopped
1 tsp. caraway seed
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
16 oz. sauerkraut, well drained
1 c. Thousand Island or Russian dressing
Preparation

In a large bowl, mix together bread, water, eggs, corned beef, caraway seed, salt and pepper.
Place half of the mixture in a large shallow casserole dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray coating.
Spread evenly over bottom. Spread sauerkraut over mixture.
Spread dressing over the sauerkraut.
Spread with remaining corned beef mixture and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and set. Serves 6 to 8.
