Red Beet Eggs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can red beets, cut
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 doz. hard-boiled eggs
Preparation

Dissolve sugar and salt in beet juice and vinegar.
Bring to boil.
Pour this hot solution over the beets and eggs.
Let stand overnight.
Then refrigerate.
