Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
    4 eggs
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. melted butter
    4 Tbsp. lemon rind
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    To sugar, flour and corn meal, add eggs, lemon juice, milk, butter and lemon rind.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell and bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Cut with knife to check doneness.
    Top should be golden brown feeling firm without being dry or hard.
